Limits of Liability:

• Responsibility: Here It Comes LLC is liable for damages to cargo that occur due to our negligence, mishandling, or failure to follow proper delivery procedures during transit. We will cover repair or replacement costs up to a limit of $1,000 per shipment unless additional coverage is purchased.
• Non-Liability: We are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage to goods before they are received by us for delivery.
  • Damage is caused by acts of nature, such as hurricanes, floods, or other unforeseeable events outside our control.
  • Loss or damage due to inherent vice, packaging deficiencies, or customer-specified routing that bypasses standard safety procedures.
  • Items explicitly excluded from coverage by our insurance policy (e.g., hazardous materials, fine art, high-value electronics).

Cargo Insurance:

• Basic Coverage: All shipments include basic liability coverage up to $1,000. This coverage is part of our service and does not require an additional fee.
• Additional Coverage: For shipments with a higher value or for added peace of mind, Here It Comes LLC offers optional cargo insurance at an additional cost:
  • Full Value Coverage: You can purchase insurance to cover the full declared value of your cargo. Rates vary based on the value of the goods and the nature of the shipment.
  • Please contact us for a quote on additional insurance if your shipment exceeds $1,000 in value or if you require specialized coverage.

Claims Process:

• Reporting Damage or Loss:
  • Immediate Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect your cargo immediately. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Claim Submission: If damage or loss is discovered, you must notify Here It Comes LLC within 48 hours of delivery or within 7 days for non-delivery claims. Submit your claim in writing to our customer service department, including:
    • Delivery receipt with noted damage or discrepancy.
    • Photos of the damaged goods.
    • A detailed description of the damage or loss.
    • Proof of the value of the goods (e.g., invoices, receipts).
• Resolution Process:
  • Once a claim is submitted, we will investigate promptly. This may involve inspecting the damaged goods or reviewing delivery documentation.
  • Claims are typically resolved within 30 days of receiving all necessary documentation, but complex cases might take longer.
  • If the claim is valid, Here It Comes LLC will either repair, replace, or compensate up to the limits of liability or insurance coverage selected.
• Dispute Resolution: If there’s a dispute regarding the claim, we encourage direct communication for a resolution. If no agreement is reached, claims can be referred to mediation under Florida law.

General Notes:

• This policy complies with Florida’s Uniform Commercial Code and other applicable state statutes concerning carrier liability.
• Here It Comes LLC retains the right to change this policy with reasonable notice. Any changes will not affect claims in process at the time of modification.
