Cancellation Window:

• No-Penalty Cancellation: You can cancel your booking without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a penalty equal to the deposit or 25% of the quoted service fee, whichever is less.
• Vehicle Leasing Fee: All bookings require a $25 vehicle leasing fee. This fee locks you in for the Cargo Van, Date, and Time. This fee is non-refundable even during Cancellation. (Unless it’s an issue with our company.)

Refund Process:

• Full Refund: If you cancel within the no-penalty window, we will process a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

• Partial Refund for Late Cancellation: In case of late cancellation, the remaining balance after the penalty will be refunded.
• Service Failures: If Here It Comes LLC fails to fulfill the delivery service due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee. For issues beyond our control (like severe weather), we will work on rescheduling or provide a partial refund based on mutual agreement.
• Proof of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our website’s contact form. Keep your confirmation of cancellation for your records.

Rescheduling:

• Flexible Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours before the original booking time. We will work with you to find a new time slot at no additional cost, subject to availability.

• Late Rescheduling: If you request a reschedule within 24 hours of your booking, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. This fee helps cover administrative costs but is waived if the rescheduling is due to our oversight or error.
• How to Reschedule: You can reschedule by contacting our Contact Us form or via email or phone. We’ll confirm your new time slot via email.

General Notes:

• All refunds are processed in accordance with Florida Statute § 501.142, which requires refunds to be issued within 7 days of a valid cancellation or service failure when the goods or services are unused or undelivered.

• Here It Comes LLC strives to handle all cancellations and refunds with fairness and transparency. In the event of discrepancies or disputes, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably.
• This policy applies to all services offered by Here It Comes LLC. We reserve the right to modify these terms, but any changes will not affect existing bookings without prior notification.
