1. Scope of Services:

Here It Comes LLC provides cargo van delivery services limited to:

Local Deliveries: Within Jacksonville, Florida.
Nearby Deliveries: To areas immediately surrounding Jacksonville.
Special Handling: We offer services for fragile items with specific care requirements, but we do not transport hazardous materials as defined by federal, state, or local regulations.

2. Service Area

Our delivery services are available within Jacksonville, Florida, and extend to nearby locales within a reasonable distance from Jacksonville. Specific areas of service may be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Reservation and Scheduling

Online Booking: Customers can schedule their delivery through our website. Availability and confirmation will be provided upon booking.

Phone Reservations: Services can also be scheduled by calling our dedicated customer service line at (904) 571-0706. Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Here It Comes LLC.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Proper Packaging: Ensure all items are securely packaged to withstand normal transport conditions. Here It Comes LLC is not responsible for damage due to inadequate packaging.

Labeling: Items must be clearly labeled with the destination address, contact information, and any special handling instructions. Mislabeled or unlabeled items may result in delayed or misdirected delivery.

Item Inspection: Customers should inspect their items before packaging to ensure no prohibited or hazardous materials are included.

Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate and complete information regarding the pickup and drop-off locations, contact details, and nature of the cargo.

5. Right to Refuse Service.

Here It Comes LLC reserves the right to refuse service under the following conditions:

Illegal Goods: Transportation of any items that are illegal under local, state, or federal law including Illegal or any type of drug paraphernalia
Hazardous Materials: Any items classified as hazardous or dangerous goods, including but not limited to explosives, chemicals, or radioactive materials.
Unapproved Materials: Items that have not been approved for transport by Here It Comes LLC due to size, weight, or other factors that could compromise the safety or integrity of our service or the cargo itself.
Inadequate Preparation: If items are not properly packaged or labeled as per our guidelines.
Misrepresentation: If a customer misrepresents the nature, value, or contents of the cargo. Other items we do not deliver are animals, people, extremely heavy Items (require forklift), concrete slabs, and delicate or extremely fragile item

6. Pick Up and Delivery Services Only

No installations, breakdowns, or assemblies are authorized under the terms of this agreement. This means that no work involving setting up, disassembling, or repairing equipment, systems, or structures is permitted, either by the client or by any third-party contractors. Any tasks that require assembly, installation, or the troubleshooting of existing systems are explicitly prohibited, and no personnel are authorized to engage in such activities. This restriction ensures that the scope of work remains focused solely on pre-approved tasks and maintains compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards. Any deviation from this policy may result in penalties or voiding of agreements.

Things we DO NOT DO:

Assemble or disassemble: “We deliver, not construct – leave the assembly to the pros!”
Installations: “Our service stops at your doorstep; installation is on you.”
Alterations to home for oversized items: “No home modifications – if it doesn’t fit, we can’t force it!”
Trash Disposal: “We’re here for deliveries, not disposals – keep your trash separate!”
Haul-aways (construction waste): “Construction clean-up? That’s not our van’s plan!”
Returned Items: “We will not return items that we do not deliver.”
Clearing Passageway: “Clearing paths isn’t in our job description – ensure your route is ready!”

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By engaging Here It Comes LLC for cargo van delivery services, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Here It Comes LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any disputes arising from these services will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Jacksonville, Florida.
